Seasonal Bake and Take Meetups

The first meetup was great. A bunch of us met in a park with our homemade cupcakes and tasted away. We caused quite a scene! The plan is to have one of these meet-ups every season or 4 times a year - two in San Francisco, one on the Peninsula or San Jose, and one in the East Bay. These meetups will be hosted in areas that can accommodate an unlimited (or at least very large) number of participants.

Mini-Meetups at a Bakery Near You

The goal is to have one mini-meetup a month at some bakery alternating between the various general areas around the bay. The organizer would call the bakery in advance and arrange for a maximum number of participants they can handle and the best time for the meetup to occur. They would then schedule the meetup and limit it to a certain number of participants. People would just show up at the meetup time, purchase their cupcake, and join the group to share and talk cupcakes...
