Sorry guys, turns out the Flying Saucer Pie Company is not a sit-down location! So not good for us as a group, unfortunately. Therefore... Our next meeting will be at The Dessert Gallery (the one on Post Oak, specifically). Check out their website, and some reviews here and here.

About the meeting, I want to add, that my comments are about the desserts themselves, NOT about the company! As usual, I had a wonderful time with those who came to the event. :)

I wouldn't mind having people at my home if they don't mind driving out to Seabrook. Address does not have to be posted: it could be emailed to the "YES" RSVPs.

Michelle--that's a great idea. Hmm.... I've also been thinking of having a "bake-off" where some (not necessarily all for those who don't bake) bring a dessert they made themselves. Question is--where would we meet? I don't want to meet at anyone's home for security reasons. Ideas?
