Best Desserts in the US and Canada

Hello,

We're about to launch a major on-line dining guide that
will feature great desserts offered by up to 6 restaurants in every
city we cover. This means you go to a website and scan dessert options
and choose your restaurant based solely on what you see!!!

We'd like to know about your fabulous dessert experiences. Any restaurant
classics we shouldn't miss. We will include all award-winning items,
and most restaurants have already informed us of there accolades. But,
we all know that some of these classics remain best-kept-secrets.

I'd appreciate any information you'd like to share. Restaurateurs, go ahead and brag away.
